Sadly, this elevator is no longer in service. It's been ripped out, and a new elevator serves those floors now and the elevator is near Dillards.

This happens on all or alot of Otis elevators built 2000s to present (including series 1s). Older elevators (such as series 1s from 80s or 90s, you can tell it’s a 90s if the labels are outlined and not filled) would have a mechanical bell alarm

as much as I miss the at least five fountains at the Burlington mall this makes more sense since it’s in a natural body of water therefore probably not as much cost to run this thing I’m pretty sure with the recent closing of Eastfield mall the only other one in ma with a fountain is in natick

So nostalgic! My elementary school used these for the classroom phones. The whole class would start dancing and jamming to some of the more fun ringtones they had.

That's a weird combo of fixtures mirrored on the two. I guess all three were originally Series 1 (the big one always on a separate controller due to it being the freight elevator), then they modded the freight with Series 5 and replaced the call stations on the passenger cars.

I got a light fixture from p1 gold garage before replaced with LED lights

I used to change my coworker’s ringer to “Are you there” and turn the volume all the way up. Then I’d call from my cell phone and watch him just about jump out of his seat… 😂
